2. Products & Orders

• We strive to provide accurate product information (including size, color, and photos). However, slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen display.

• Please confirm the correct size and quantity before placing your order. Once payment is completed, the order is considered final.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.

• If there is a pricing error, we will contact you for confirmation or cancel the order.

4. Shipping

• Orders will be processed within 1–2 business days.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

• Customers must provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels caused by incorrect information.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• Due to hygiene and safety reasons for baby products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.

• If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 3 days with photo evidence.

6. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our website or products.

• Products must be used and handled responsibly by adults. We are not responsible for any misuse.
