1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• For hygiene reasons, underwear, socks, and clearance items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Refunds
• Refunds are issued only if the item is defective, damaged, or we sent the wrong item.
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
• Please allow up to 7-14 working days for the refund to be processed.
3. Exchanges
• You may exchange for a different size or style (subject to availability).
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item (first exchange only).

5. Non-Refundable Situations
• Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
• Items that are used, washed, or not in original condition.
• Items purchased under “Clearance” or “Sweet Deal” promotions.
